Wow... what can I say? After spending a few hours in the mall looking for a nice bathrobe for my wife's birthday I gave up disappointed by the lack of quality and very limited choice. Back around 1987, my wife and I bought her a bathrobe from a company called "Abbey Robes". Their "thing" was making robes that looked monastic. They were thick, long robes in rich, deep colors. It was expensive then, but we had never seen terry that thick before. I'm guessing it must have been 800 gsm or close to it. She's had that robe for twenty years. It has held up well, but in recent years it was beginning to get tattered and frayed. I did go to one of our local department stores last year at Christmas and bought a 100% cotton bathrobe, but she rejected it: "I don't want it. Take it back." Among other things, it was too short. As this Christmas approached, I had the idea to look on the internet. I measured the length of her old robe and did a little research. I learned that 800 gsm is about the thickest terry that is made. I found your Presidential bathrobe and took a leap of faith. Yes, it was expensive, but she is delighted. Kathy is really happy with her new Thirsty Towels Presidential bathrobe. I can't get over how thick it is! It looks like a winter coat on her! Kathy loves to be cozy and this works! It was the best I could find. I am happy with your product, the information and ease of use at your website, the rapid turn-around time in order-processing, and the seamless integration with UPS for shipping. This robe will probably last her at least another twenty years. I hope you will still be around then because if you are not, I don't know what I'll do for another robe!

Hi! I got a truly wonderful bathrobe from you last year and want you to let people know how great it is.
It is very warm, incredibly soft, and totally comfortable. It is a presidential line 2XL blue robe.
I think it is important to call it "royal blue" instead of "navy blue" both because that's more accurate and because it's an incredible color, much, much nicer than navy. Also, on your first Adult Robes page, you say "Available in White only." which is incorrect and might turn people away from a great color.

Hi! I purchased a "smoke" color microfiber robe with "smoke" terry lining. It is great! Incredibly comfortable, light, and warm. I particularly like too that for men, you have the gray lining, which is definitely more masculine than a white lining. We recently placed an order number 10004223773752955 (I hope) with you for one of your "Daisy" pique bathrobe/house coats. My dear wife, a computer nut, spent weeks looking for such a garment, and whooped with a "Eureka!" when your website turned up. The only possible fly in the ointment was whether it included a belt (not clear in the photo), and its over-all length. Mother's day was coming, and she indicated that I could send her this garment as a present, but that was up to me.
I sent an e-mail to you folks about the details, and got a very prompt, crystal-clear OK reply, so dombo me sent in the order. Alas, I sent for the wrong size, which was discovered by the lady in waiting. Panicked, I sent an e-mail for correction, said a brief prayer, and lo, a beautifully wrapped, on-the-mark robe arrived in time for the occasion. It has already proven to survive our washing machine, and is much loved by its owner.
