and FPO orders only.

and FPO customers please call us, we have to place these orders over the phone for
you - we do apologize for the inconvenience ! We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders, placed during weekdays before 5 pm, are shipped within
2 business days and usually take between 5-7 business days
via UPS Ground and 1-3 business days to arrive
if Overnight or 2nd Day Air is selected once shipped. Please scroll to the bottom of the page
for transit times.

Non-monogrammed
Overnight orders will be shipped 1 business day after
the order is placed. If you
have placed the order by 4.30 p.m. eastern time on a business day and would like
it to ship the same day please call us.

If monogramming is requested, please allow 2-3 business
days additional.

If you have any special requests about delivery (overnight,
overseas etc.), please call us and we will try our best to accommodate
your needs.

We have been known to monogram and ship orders within
hours for special circumstances and overnight orders for many happy customers!
Holiday Schedule (November
15 - January 15)

Please
note that monogramming may/will take 5-7 business days to process before shipping
during the busy
holiday season. The first business day is the day after your order
is placed.

Non-monogrammed orders may/will take 3-4 business days to process before shipping.

Non-monogrammed Gift Wrapped orders may/will take 4-5 business days to process before
shipping.

All orders placed will be processed in the date order they were placed. We strongly urge you to read the shipping transit times to make the appropriate decisions regarding Shipping needs. For example customer from Midwest or West Coast is highly unlikely to receive a monogrammed order placed after December 7 2007 if they haven't chosen Overnight or 2 day Air. East Coast customers placing their orders until December 9 2007 can choose Ground shipping.

During the month of December, we will work day and night to make sure all orders are shipped in time for Christmas but we ask you, our valued customer, to help us out by making the correct shipping method choices.

Be sure to include any shipping instructions (i.e. No signature required) to your order, if you wish to do so.

Since we are offering Free UPS Ground Shipping in USA on orders $99 and up (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and we would like you to take advantage of this great offer, take this time frame into consideration when you decide what kind of shipping method is best for your needs.

Please note that we CAN NOT guarantee any deliveries.
Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping only cuts down on shipping time, not the time it takes an item to be monogrammed or processed. The only exception to this time frame would be when we receive an order to be shipped "Overnight" if any written arrangements have been made with us (email record).

Overnight Orders will receive priority for monogramming as well as shipping however please note that depending on the season, it may still take up to 5 business days for the processing time. Please be advised that we keep the right to substitute carriers if we feel it is in the best interest of the customer and the delivery time of the order however the delivery method will be kept the same (overnight {next day}, priority {2nd day air} etc.)

although UPS does offer GROUND shipping to

, we are unable to honor
Free Shipping to these states due to very high shipping costs.

Canadian and Overseas Customers

There's no free shipping available
to
Canada
or other international destinations.

All international customers who
would like to find out shipping costs may enter their entire order including their
credit card information to obtain shipping charges, and if they choose not to place
an order in the end NOT click on "Place your order" button -
none of the information will be captured.

Most countries have customs fees, taxes and brokerage fees that are responsibility
of the customer. If you are concerned, please call UPS to find out what these charges
might be. Thirsty Towels, Inc. will not be responsible for these charges and is not going to be able to refund the order and shipping charges
if customer refuses the package at time of delivery.
