MONOGRAMMING PRICES

• Monogramming is offered as additional service to our customers who would like to have either their names or initials monogrammed on towels, bathrobes and shower curtains. Because there are no returns on monogrammed item, please make sure that you have selected your robe or towel carefully.

• The fee starts from $9-$16 for name or initials on the robes and goes up to $15-$30 for large towels. For exact pricing on a particular item, go to the page for the specific product of interest and view the monogramming options from the drop-down menu.

MONOGRAM TYPES

• Two types of monograms are offered: Script and Block

• All monogramming is going to be done exactly the way it has been entered into the "Monogram Text" field. Please provide an accurate email address along with your order for your confirmation email so that you have the opportunity to check the spelling of names or initials entered. Confirmation emails are instant and it is customer's responsibility to check their confirmation email and get back to us within 2 hours of placing the order if needed.

• To the attention of our Previous or Repeat Customers :We have made changes to "Script Initials" ; if you would still like the traditional style of scripting initials (first name/last name/middle name) please email us to let us know. We do apologize that during the busy Holiday season this option will only be available to previous customers who are trying to match earlier orders.

PLACEMENT OF MONOGRAMMING

• On robes the monogramming is placed on the left chest except for the robes where a left chest pocket is present in which case, monogramming is done on the right chest. We are not able to place the monogramming on the cuffs or pockets. Letters are approx. 1" high. First letter of the names/words will be capitalized unless specific written instructions are present. Initials are done in all capital letters.

• On towels, depending on the size of the towel, monogramming is centered and placed 2"-5" from the hem. Letters are approx. 2-3" high.

• Please be advised that two or more words may be placed on two lines. If you have specific requests be sure to contact us at time of placing the order.

ENTERING NAME or INITIALS

• For names, simply enter the name with correct spelling.

• If you are giving us initials, please enter them in the order you would like them to appear on your monogram.

• All initials will be placed straight across with a single space between them and hyphenated names will also be placed straight across as well.

• More than 3 words or names i.e. John Paul Griffin can be accommodated for an additional fee upon request.

• All monogramming and embroidery is done in-house by our experienced staff.

• We will not accept any correction requests on monogrammed item unless we have made an error with the lettering.

• In the rare event an error was made with your name or initials please e-mail us and correction will be made and item will be exchanged after we confirm the incident with records of Embroidery Dept.

• Please note that monogramming requests can not be cancelled/modified after the order has been placed.

• Typographical error on our part is not a reason for refund, but it is a reason for correction and we will happily do so.

• Please take an extra minute to make sure the order has been typed correctly before actually placing it.

• We can not make any guarantees as to the exact dimensions of the lettering or try to match any previous or current orders. We will certainly do our best to accommodate any requests as long as the request is given before or at the time of placing the order.

PROCESSING TIME

• Typically, monogramming takes 2-3 business days to process after your order has been placed except for the Holiday season. During the Christmas Season monogramming usually will take 5-7 business days.
